Alee has worked at global companies in the consumer research sector, before switching gears to the field of special education and working at reputed international schools and early intervention centers in Singapore and India. She founded Abhisht Charitable Trust with a vision to bring best practices in remedial education and holistic caregiving to India. She is committed to caregiver empowerment and mainstream community integration of PWDs.
She believes that while a neurological disability might be invisible, the people with it and their families should not be pushed into invisibility.

Anshul has a proven track record as an entrepreneur. In 2009, he founded and successfully ran a Singapore based business intelligence company, ThoughtBuzz, which was funded by Singapore government and a leading US based Venture Capital firm, PlugnPlay. Winner of the prestigious Spring Singapore Young Entrepreneur award for startups. In 2013, ThoughtBuzz was successfully acquired by South East Asia's leading media house, Astro Malaysia.
Anshul has more than 15 years of experience working at global technology companies such as Amazon, Carousell (Singapore) and Coupang (South Korea). An avid tech enthusiast, he is passionate about using technology to plug gaps in the remedial education delivery channels.

Wearing multiple hats, his career and rich experience spans over 40 years across various industry verticals such as construction, education, social service and so on. He continuously works for the rehabilitation of underprivileged persons from all walks of life and is associated with many social service organisations in India.
